Experienced chefs are well versed in choosing the right type of oil in different dishes or cooking stages. With such a wide range of oils now available on the market, knowing what to select and how to use them correctly can be tricky.

The solution? A series of video tutorials available in 1mn and 3mn long formats, fronted by Olivado’s own brand ambassador Brett McGregor and filmed and directed by the Fresh Media team. A former Masterchef winner and now well respected chef, Brett takes us through a few dishes and explains how to pick and pair different Olivado oils. Packed with useful tips and tricks and full of flavour, these videos are easy to watch and share.

1. Have you faced challenges with your marketing? Yes oil is not easy to make sexy. To boost website traffic and time on site is constantly a challenge.

2. What results have you seen from the videos? We use the video for our website and social media activity to increase consumer engagement and drive sales. We have seen an increase in engagement when sharing the videos. We also use the videos to educate consumers on what oil to use with what foods when cooking.

3. Why did you decide to work with Fresh? Olivado had not added to or updated our recipes on our website so when Fresh approached us with a chance to have monthly new content recipes this was exactly what we needed. The bonus is we get recipes and the co-labs as well for cross promotion.
